Adjusting Your Frequency

One of the most important steps in shifting your frequency is to put yourself in a calmer state. An invitation to pause. As educators, we know that we can get overwhelmed by the machinery or system aspect of our school spaces. GOING. GOING. GOING. DOING. DOING. DOING.

So Pause let’s you take a timeout from that. To just be with yourself and allow a brief moment to ask yourself, “How am I?” It is a moment to check in with three vital states. First, your physical state. Second, your mental state. And third, your emotional state.

So one way to create an optimal condition for Pause is through music and settling in a comfortable location. You can use the featured music and find a comfortable spot where you can be free from distraction. While you are pausing, take a moment to ask yourself – Why am I here?

Enjoy!

If you don’t have time for the book, then check out the Talks at Google he did about elastic thinking.
